Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Including Olympic lifting (cleans, snatch, and jerk) gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning.

Silver & Fit Experience

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Silver Sneakers Circuit

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

Silver Sneakers Yoga

Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.

Iron BootCamp, Coming Soon!

This class will consist of strength and conditioning movements performed in a high-intensity functional training format for a full-body burn.
