Coconut and Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cp. Coconut milk

1 Banana

½ cp. Mango

1 tbsp. Coconut Oil

½ tsp. Turmeric

½ tsp. Cinnamon

½ tsp. Ginger

1 tsp. Chia Seeds

 

 

 

Notes:

*If you are feeling adventurous you can blend in two cloves of garlic with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
