We have a wide range of classes to match your needs, interests and schedules, including:
  • Piyo - mix of Pilates and Yoga
  • Cardio Kickboxing
  • Body strength - utilizing bosu balance trainers, ballast balls and the latest in functional training techniques
  • Spinning (in a separate studio)
  • Fit Camp - group personal training class that consists of interval training, plyometrics, agility, functional strength, and FUN!!
A.G.E. Class, Circuit training for folks 50+ -- this programs is designed to help you age gracefully by improving your balance and core stability, and endurance; it involves a regimen focused upon strength and stretching.
