We have a wide range of classes to match your needs, interests and schedules, including:
- Piyo - mix of Pilates and Yoga
- Cardio Kickboxing
- Body strength - utilizing bosu balance trainers,
ballast balls and the latest in functional training techniques
- Spinning
(in a separate studio)
- Fit Camp - group personal training class that consists
of interval training, plyometrics, agility, functional strength, and FUN!!
A.G.E. Class, Circuit training for folks 50+ -- this programs is designed to help you age gracefully
by improving your balance and core stability, and endurance; it involves a regimen focused upon strength and stretching.
