We have a wide range of classes to match your needs, interests and schedules, including:
- Body Strength - utilizing bosu balance trainers,
ballast balls and the latest in functional training techniques
- Spinning
(in a separate studio) - Cardio class utilizing stationary bicycles
- Fit
Camp - group personal training class that consists of interval training, plyometrics, agility, functional strength,
and FUN!!
- IronFit - small group personal training, focusing
on functional movement peformed at a high intensity with constant variation.
SilverSneakers®
– Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (MSROM) - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength,
range of motion, and activities for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
A.G.E. Class, Circuit training
for folks 50+ -- this programs is designed to help you age gracefully by improving your balance and core stability,
and endurance; it involves a regimen focused upon strength and stretching.
