Class Despriptions

  • Body Strength - utilizing Bosu balance trainers, ballast balls and the latest in functional training techniques

  • Spinning (in a separate studio) - Cardio class utilizing stationary bicycles

  • Fitt Camp - group personal training class that consists of interval training, plyometrics, agility, functional strength, and FUN!!

  • SilverSneakers® Classic - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

  • SilverSneakers® Circuit - Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

  • A.G.E. Class - this programs is designed to help you age gracefully by improving your balance and core stability, and endurance; it involves a regimen focused upon strength and stretching.

  • Zumba - is a one of a kind dance fitness program that combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system.

  • CrossFit - a strength and conditioning program that uses functional movement and high intensity training so your whole body is ready for the unknown of life.
